The hotel has an excellent location, close to many shops and restaurants. the room was clean and cozy, and the bathroom was well-equipped. the staff was friendly and provided useful information in advance. it was their exceptional service that stood out the most. They went above and beyond in helping me retrieve my forgotten items, even going as far as mailing them to my next hotel.

The breakfast options were limited and lacked variety.

Central location with clean and welcoming family atmosphere. the staff went above and beyond by contacting me prior to arrival and kept in touch during my stay for any needs. the personal touch was amazing. they were kind enough to send me my forgotten items and refused payment for mailing it.

We cannot thank the staff enough for their exceptional service and hospitality. From WhatsApp communication before our arrival to being available at all times for any questions during our stay, they made us feel truly cared for. They even went out of their way to kindly mail back our belongings that we had forgotten in the room. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and created a family-like atmosphere, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel's central location near transportation and in the heart of the city, allowed for easy access to explore this charming city.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city - right in the heart of everything. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly. The hotel's staff was excellent - their hospitality was outstanding, and they made us feel welcome from the minute we checked in. They gave us useful information about the area upfront and were very communicative throughout our stay, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Additionally, they went above and beyond by mailing us a package that we had accidentally left behind - talk about amazing service!

We honestly did not have any negative experiences at the hotel. Every aspect of our stay was enjoyable, and we had a fabulous time.
